توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل مسارات لتتبع المواقع (Masarat GPS Tracker) مع المعلومات عند استخدام تطبيق مسارات ولوحة التحكم وموقع masarattracker.com وخدمة أجهزة التتبع المرتبطة بها. للتواصل بشأن الخصوصية: info@masarattracker.com.

المواقع المعروضة في التطبيق تأتي من أجهزة GPS المرتبطة بحسابك. لا يطلب تطبيق iPhone الحالي موقع الهاتف لتتبع المركبات. قد يستمر جهاز التتبع في إرسال بياناته حتى عند إغلاق التطبيق أو حذفه.

1. المعلومات التي نعالجها ومصادرها

• الحساب وتسجيل الدخول: الاسم ورقم الهاتف ومعرّفات الحساب والمصادقة والجلسة. نستخدم رقم الهاتف ورمز تحقق لتسجيل الدخول عبر Firebase Authentication.
• الأجهزة والسائقون: معرّف جهاز التتبع IMEI وبيانات شريحة الاتصال وحالة الجهاز والاشتراك واللون واسم السائق ورقم هاتفه إذا أدخلتها. أدخل بيانات الآخرين وتتبع المركبات فقط عندما يكون لديك الإذن اللازم.
• الموقع والرحلات: الإحداثيات الدقيقة وأوقات التقارير والسرعة والمسارات وسجل الرحلات وبيانات حالة الجهاز التي ترسلها أجهزة التتبع، إضافة إلى المناطق الجغرافية وإعدادات روابط المشاركة التي تنشئها.
• الإشعارات: محتوى التنبيهات وحالة قراءتها ومعرّفات تثبيت التطبيق ورموز توصيل الإشعارات ونوع المنصة، لتوجيه الإشعارات إلى جهازك.
• الرصيد والطلبات: رصيد الحساب والمعاملات وتجديدات الخدمة. عند الشراء من الموقع نعالج اسم المشتري وبريده الإلكتروني وهاتفه وعنوان التسليم والمنتجات والمبالغ ومراجع الدفع وحالته. تُدخل بيانات البطاقة في صفحة الدفع المستضافة لدى ماي فاتورة، ولا نخزن رقم البطاقة الكامل أو رمز أمانها في نظام طلبات مسارات.
• الدعم والبيانات التقنية: المعلومات التي ترسلها لفريق الدعم. قد تعالج خوادمنا ومزودو الخدمة عنوان IP ومعلومات التطبيق والجهاز والمتصفح وبيانات الأخطاء والاتصال لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها.

2. كيف نستخدم المعلومات

نستخدم المعلومات لتوثيق تسجيل الدخول وإدارة الحسابات والأجهزة وعرض المواقع والرحلات وتشغيل المناطق الجغرافية وروابط المشاركة وإرسال تنبيهات الخدمة وإدارة الأرصدة والاشتراكات وتنفيذ الطلبات وتقديم الدعم والتحقق من الأعطال ومنع إساءة الاستخدام وحفظ السجلات اللازمة للخدمة.

لا يتضمن التطبيق الحالي شبكات إعلانية أو أدوات لتتبع المستخدم عبر تطبيقات أخرى لأغراض الإعلانات.

3. الخرائط ومزودو الخدمة

يستخدم مسارات خدمات خارجية لتشغيل وظائف محددة:

• Google Firebase: لتسجيل الدخول والتحقق من الهاتف وتوصيل الإشعارات عبر Firebase Cloud Messaging، وبواسطة خدمة إشعارات Apple على iPhone. تعالج هذه الخدمات بيانات المصادقة والمعرّفات التقنية ومحتوى الرسالة اللازم لتوصيلها. راجع معلومات خصوصية Firebase.
• Google Maps وGoogle Roads: لعرض الخرائط ومطابقة المسارات مع الطرق. تتلقى Google طلبات الخرائط وبيانات الاتصال التقنية، وتُرسل إحداثيات المسار إلى Google Roads عند استخدام مطابقة الطرق. راجع سياسة خصوصية Google.
• الاستضافة واتصال أجهزة التتبع: نعتمد على مزودي الاستضافة والشبكات، بما في ذلك Onomondo لاتصال شرائح أجهزة التتبع، لنقل بيانات الخدمة وتشغيلها.
• ماي فاتورة والتسليم: نشارك تفاصيل الطلب والدفع اللازمة مع مزود الدفع، وتفاصيل التسليم اللازمة مع من ينفذ توصيل طلبك عند الشراء من الموقع.

تقتصر مشاركة البيانات مع مزودي الخدمة على ما يلزم للوظيفة المعنية. يجب على الجهات التي تعالج البيانات نيابة عنا حمايتها بمستوى لا يقل عن الحماية المبينة في هذه السياسة، واستخدامها للأغراض المصرح بها. تخضع الخدمات الخارجية أيضاً لشروطها وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها. قد تُعالج المعلومات خارج الكويت، بما في ذلك في الولايات المتحدة ودول يعمل فيها مزودو الخدمة.

يمكن للموظفين المخولين الوصول إلى البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة والدعم. وقد نفصح عن معلومات عندما يلزم ذلك استجابة لطلب قانوني ملزم أو لحماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام.

4. روابط مشاركة التتبع

إنشاء رابط مشاركة اختياري. يستطيع أي شخص يملك الرابط، بما في ذلك من يُعاد توجيه الرابط إليه، الاطلاع على آخر موقع مُبلّغ عنه ووقت التقرير حتى انتهاء الرابط أو إيقافه. لا تعرض صفحة المشاركة العامة رقم IMEI أو بيانات السائق أو سجل الرحلات أو الأجهزة الأخرى. يمكنك تحديد مدة الرابط وإيقافه من أدوات المشاركة؛ وإذا حددت انتهاءً عند الوصول، ينتهي عند رصد الوصول وفق تقارير الجهاز. انتهاء الرابط يوقف الوصول عبره ولا يحذف سجل التتبع من حسابك.

5. الصور والأذونات والتخزين المحلي

عند اختيار صورة رمز QR على iPhone، تُفك قراءتها محلياً على الهاتف. لا تُرفع الصورة إلى خوادم مسارات؛ يُرسل معرّف الجهاز المستخرج عند إرسال نموذج إضافة الجهاز. يمكنك أيضاً كتابة المعرّف يدوياً. يمكنك التحكم في الإشعارات ومعايناتها من إعدادات iPhone.

يحتفظ التطبيق بإعدادات مثل عرض الخريطة، وتدير خدمة المصادقة حالة تسجيل الدخول. يستخدم الموقع ملفات تعريف الارتباط للجلسة والتخزين المحلي لوظائف مثل تسجيل الدخول وتفضيل اللغة. قد يؤدي مسحها إلى تسجيل خروجك أو إعادة ضبط تفضيلاتك.

6. الاحتفاظ بالمعلومات وأمانها

نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والأجهزة وسجل التتبع لتقديم الخدمة والسجل الذي تستخدمه، وبالمعاملات والطلبات لأغراض المحاسبة والدعم وتسوية المنازعات وأي متطلبات واجبة التطبيق. لا توجد مدة واحدة ثابتة لجميع فئات البيانات. يمكنك التواصل معنا لمعرفة مدة الاحتفاظ بسجلاتك وطلب حذفها؛ وقد يلزم الاحتفاظ ببعضها للالتزامات القانونية أو المالية أو الأمنية. قد تبقى نسخ احتياطية لفترة إضافية قبل استبدالها ضمن دورة النسخ الاحتياطي.

تستخدم اتصالات التطبيق والموقع بخدمات الويب HTTPS، ونقيد الوصول بحسب الحساب والصلاحيات. حافظ على سرية رموز التحقق وروابط المشاركة؛ إذ يمنح رابط المشاركة حامله الوصول الموضح أعلاه.

7. خياراتك وطلبات الخصوصية

يمكنك تعديل بيانات الأجهزة المتاحة في التطبيق وإيقاف روابط المشاركة وإلغاء الإشعارات من إعدادات الهاتف. لطلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف الحساب والبيانات أو إيقاف معالجة اختيارية، راسل info@masarattracker.com وحدد الطلب ورقم هاتف الحساب. قد نحتاج إلى التحقق من هويتك. لا ترسل رمز التحقق أو بيانات بطاقتك.

حذف التطبيق أو تعطيل إشعاراته لا يحذف الحساب ولا يوقف جهاز التتبع المتصل. لإيقاف خدمة التتبع ومعالجة بياناتها، تواصل معنا لترتيب تعطيل الجهاز أو الخدمة. سنوضح أي بيانات يجب الاحتفاظ بها وأثر الطلب على الخدمة.

8. الأطفال والتغييرات

مسارات خدمة لإدارة المركبات وأجهزة التتبع وليست مصممة خصيصاً للأطفال. إذا أُرسلت إلينا بيانات طفل دون إذن مناسب، تواصل معنا لبحث إزالتها. سننشر أي تحديث لهذه السياسة هنا مع تعديل التاريخ، ونقدم إشعاراً إضافياً بالتغييرات الجوهرية عند الحاجة.

9. إشعار وشروط Google Maps

يتضمن مسارات ميزات ومحتوى Google Maps. يخضع استخدام هذه الميزات والمحتوى إلى شروط الخدمة الإضافية لـ Google Maps وGoogle Earth وسياسة خصوصية Google الساريتين. تبقى حقوق الخرائط والشعارات ونسب المحتوى لأصحابها.

This policy explains how Masarat GPS Tracker handles information when you use the Masarat app, web console, masarattracker.com, and connected tracking service. For privacy enquiries, contact info@masarattracker.com.

Locations shown in the app come from GPS trackers linked to your account. The current iPhone app does not request your phone’s location to track vehicles. A connected tracker may continue reporting when the app is closed or uninstalled.

1. Information we process and its sources

• Account and sign-in: your name, phone number, account identifiers, and authentication/session information. Phone sign-in and verification codes use Firebase Authentication.
• Devices and drivers: tracker IMEI, SIM information, device and subscription status, colour, and driver name and phone number when supplied. Only provide another person’s details or track vehicles when you have the necessary permission.
• Locations and trips: precise coordinates, report times, speed, routes, trip history, and device status reported by trackers, together with the geofences and tracking-share settings you create.
• Notifications: alert content, read status, app installation identifiers, push delivery tokens, and platform information used to deliver notifications to your device.
• Balances and orders: account balances, transactions, and service renewals. Website purchases also involve the buyer’s name, email, phone, delivery address, products, amounts, payment references, and payment status. Card details are entered on MyFatoorah’s hosted payment page; Masarat’s order system does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
• Support and technical information: information you send our support team. Our servers and service providers may process IP addresses, app/device/browser information, and error and connection data to operate and protect the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate sign-in, manage accounts and trackers, display locations and trips, operate geofences and sharing links, deliver service alerts, manage balances and subscriptions, fulfil orders, provide support, investigate faults, prevent misuse, and maintain service records.

The current app does not include advertising networks or tools for tracking users across other apps for advertising.

3. Maps and service providers

Masarat uses external services for specific functions:

• Google Firebase: phone authentication and notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging and, on iPhone, Apple Push Notification service. These services process authentication data, technical identifiers, and message content needed for delivery. See Firebase privacy information.
• Google Maps and Google Roads: map display and road matching. Google receives map requests and technical connection information; route coordinates are sent to Google Roads when road matching is used. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Hosting and tracker connectivity: hosting and network providers, including Onomondo for tracker SIM connectivity, help transmit data and operate the service.
• MyFatoorah and delivery: when you buy through the website, we share necessary order/payment details with the payment provider and necessary delivery details with those fulfilling your delivery.

Sharing with service providers is limited to the relevant function. Providers processing data on our behalf must protect it at least as well as described in this policy and use it only for authorised purposes. External services also have their own terms and privacy policies. Information may be processed outside Kuwait, including in the United States and other countries where providers operate.

Authorised staff can access information needed for operations and support. We may also disclose information in response to a binding legal request or to protect the service against misuse.

4. Tracking-share links

Creating a sharing link is optional. Anyone holding the link, including someone it is forwarded to, can view the latest reported location and report time until the link expires or is stopped. The public sharing page does not show the IMEI, driver details, trip history, or other devices. You can set an expiry and revoke links using the sharing controls. If you choose arrival-based expiry, the link ends when arrival is detected from tracker reports. Expiry stops access through the link; it does not delete the underlying tracking history.

5. Photos, permissions, and local storage

If you choose a QR-code photo on iPhone, it is decoded locally. The image is not uploaded to Masarat; the extracted device identifier is sent when you submit the add-device form. You can enter that identifier manually instead. Notification permissions and previews can be controlled in iPhone Settings.

The app stores preferences such as map display options, and the authentication service maintains sign-in state. The website uses session cookies and local storage for functions such as sign-in and language preferences. Clearing these may sign you out or reset preferences.

6. Retention and security

We retain account, device, and tracking history to provide the service and history you use. Transactions and orders support accounting, customer support, dispute resolution, and applicable obligations. There is no single fixed retention period for every data category. Contact us about retention of your records or to request deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal, financial, or security purposes. Backup copies may remain for an additional period until replaced through the backup cycle.

App and website connections to our web services use HTTPS, and access is restricted by account and permissions. Keep verification codes and sharing links private: a sharing link gives its holder the access described above.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You can edit available device details, stop sharing links, and disable notifications in your phone’s settings. To request access, correction, account/data deletion, or an end to optional processing, email info@masarattracker.com with your request and account phone number. We may need to verify your identity. Do not send verification codes or card details.

Uninstalling the app or disabling notifications does not delete your account or stop a connected tracker. Contact us to arrange device or service deactivation if you want tracking and its associated processing to stop. We will explain any records that must be retained and the effect on your service.

8. Children and policy changes

Masarat is a vehicle and tracker management service and is not designed specifically for children. Contact us if a child’s information has been provided without appropriate permission so we can address its removal. Updates will be posted here with a revised date, with additional notice for material changes where needed.

9. Google Maps notice and terms

Masarat includes Google Maps features and content. Their use is subject to the current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Map content, logos, and attributions remain the property of their respective owners.
